I just watched Stanford crush Virgina Tech. It was awesome. Andrew Luck and Co. played an outstanding game, and an especially amazing second half. Plus it was nice to see all those oranges thrown by Coach Harbaugh and Andrew Luck to the players on the team. Like smaller mvp trophies. Why was there only one MVP trophy, as apposed to the other BCS bowl games where there was an offensive and a defensive mvp trophy?
An interesting side note, the Stanford marching band was banned from doing its halftime field show for fear of upsetting famous Miami sports figures (i.e. Lebron James). It was going to be televised and everything. Why did that happen the only time ESPN was going to show a marching band show? Ugh, the Orange Bowl higher-ups have no sense of (college aged)humor.
